The young talent program is to develop young and inexperienced but high potential
candidates to have 12-18 months job rotation in the company to prepare such
candidates for junior management positions or upcoming projects

Selection criteria
A recognized degree in any discipline from key university
Ready for challenges
Keen to learn and willing to stay in our company
Hard working
Bright and suitable personality
Good command of both Chinese and English

As a college graduate of year 2005, I surfed online and luckily got a chance of first-round interview for the position 'Young Talent'? a management trainee program within arvato services (China). I prepared, pushed my luck and finally I got admission. Some say that 'talents'?stand for future and needs to be fostered. This is exactly the explanation to the training program.

I gained full support within our company especially when I was new here. Colleagues in our Beijing branch gave me a warm welcome, making me quickly mingled on the day when I was first on board. And I really felt that it was my big day in my career. It is the case that when I recalled this, I found that our colleagues were always of service to me as they were to their clients. It was my first lesson in arvato, getting to know the attitude of customer service.

Among stimulating daily work, my supervisor is not only my mentor, but he is also a good friend of mine. He taught me to be the right person before doing the right job. Honesty and enthusiasm are probably the most important virtues in our company. We serve our clients with true customer care, which represents 'the spirit of solutions'?The slogan of our company.

In short, I learned quite a lot during the first year when I was trained. As a matter of fact, new projects have made everyday a fresh day to me. Although I am young and there is a long way ahead, I would like to build up myself and help to build up our company.
