Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above ,more than 3 years related working experience, automobile industry background is    an advantage
- Good habitude and expression
- Be familiar with Windows,Outlook, MS-office and some related office software
- Basis operation of Project,Visio and some other office software
- the abilities of professional data analyses, propose professional advises on the bases of the result of these    data
- the abilities of digging out the contact among the complex data structure and hugeness database
- have the ability to use regression analysis to establish the data model
- Outstanding personal communication skill and lecture skill, data analyze and revelation skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fine organize and correspond skills, meticulous thinking
- prefer to know MS-ACCESS and SQL

QC Training supervisor
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree.
- More than 3 years in call center quality supervise working experience
- Good training experience
- Know-how call center service skill or command more than 4 management courses, out training experience is    an advantage
- prefer to have the experience of managing more than 50 peoples call center team
- Accepted ISO, COPC or other related training and take the authentication is an advantage
- Have active character, clear logic and consecution

Automotive Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities: This Position for an individual with senior level knowledge in customer service.
1. Provide high quality information to customer with an understanding of customer抯 requirements.
2. Lead & raise prospected customer抯 interests, entertaining customers with a sales-oriented concept in creating sufficient & qualified sales leads.
3. Solve customer complaints with a professional & timely manner.
4. Creates & maintain customer profiles, dispatches/escalate service requests to the appropriate resources including senior specialists, dealers, and service partners to satisfy service requirements and contractual agreements.
5. Operation processes comprehension and strictly adhering to process requirement.
6. Works under pressure and adapts to constant and radical changes.
7. Completes both customer & client requests in a timely manner
 
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or undergraduate degree in Automobile Industry related major. (advantage)
2. Must speak fluent Mandarin without any accent.
3. Must have very good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English.
4. Must be a quick learner.
5. Possessing more than 1 year previous Customer Service or Sales experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the operation team to reach client抯 call center operation KPIs target under the condition of acceptable cost and qualified performance;
2. Generate operation process based on fully understand business process;

5. Review and communication with client on operation status, giving suggestion of how to improve;
6. Summarize automobile industry customer service center operation experience.

Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Keep regular communication with client to maintain the relationship with client, in charge of the revenue and P&L target.
2. In charge of the client satisfaction to the service provided by arvato.
3. Understand daily client requirement and brief to internal operations and fulfillment team, take charge of internal resource organizing to meet clients?request.
4. Responsible for business consulting on CRM strategy, database mgmt, and more business oriented.
5. Deliver periodically project review to client.
6. Responsible for the up-sell to existing client.
7. New sales is acceptable and appreciate.
 
Qualification:
1. Expertise in CRM, Direct Marketing, and B2C e-commerce
2. Know how in Customer services, Call center, Multi service center
3. Strong written skill as well as presentation skill;
4. Excellent in English written and speaking skill;
5. Be familiar with Windows, Outlook and MS-office, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
6. Be familiar with Microsoft Project and Visio
7. Working experience in Automobile industry is a plus;
